 LH model electric hoist double girderbridge crane has such features as tight dimensions,low building 

headroom, light dead weight and light wheel load.

Applied situations of ton overhead crane  

They are appliable to the transfer,assembly,check and repair as well as load and unload at mechanic 

processing workshop, subsidiary workshop of metallurgical mills, warehouse, goods yard and power station. 

They can also be used instead of common doublegirder overhead crane at production workshop in light 

textiles or food industry. It has two kinds of classification, that is, light and medium. The working ambient

 1.  Mechanical feature.

1)  Double welding box girder, DIN/FEM standard deflection.

2)  Material Q235B or Q345B. (Similar to the international steel Fe360 or Fe520)

3)  Whole length CNC cutting for complete web plate, high deflection accuracy.

4)  High quality automatic welding and NDT inspection.

5)  Shot-blasting Sa2.5 for complete girder after welding, stress release.

6)  Epoxy zinc rich high quality painting, 2x2 with 140μm.
